When opening up a tab, either at a dining table or at one of the bars, your card will be pre-authorized in the amount of $50. If you are under 18, you can come but must be accompanied by YOUR parent (not your older sibling or your friend’s parent). The majority of shows at State are 18+ which means you must be 18 years of age or older to come in.
Ticket refunds will be processed up to 30 days after the cancelled date. If you purchased tickets in person, bring your tickets to get into the show.Īll tickets are non refundable - unless the show is cancelled. You can pick them up any day the box office is open during box office hours. If you purchased tickets over the phone, your tickets will be held at will call. If you choose not to print at home, you can still pick up your tickets at Will Call. Be sure to bring your ticket with the barcode to the event. If you purchased tickets online and chose print at home, you’re done. Some tables are kept for diners on a first-come first-serve basis, so if you don’t make a dining reservation ahead of time and you arrive early enough, you may be able to get one of these tables. You are not guaranteed a seat unless you have a table reservation. Table reservations are available for the majority of our shows and can only be made by calling the Box Office at 70 during the box office hours listed above.
